Welcome to our tournament homepage and thank you for your interest in our tournament. We invite you and your crew to join us for a weekend of  good competition and soccer fun!

 We are proud to host our 14th annual Columbus Day Tournament once again this year. If you are new to our tournament we welcome you and hope you will have a fun -filled weekend of play. If you are returning to our tournament you must of had fun in the past, and we are happy to have you apply again. Our tournament is open to all competitive levels, and attracts teams and families from all around Northern and Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York.

Entry fees for boys and girls teams are as follows:  u8-u10, $425, u11-U17, $475

Under 11 teams will play 11v11.

All teams are required to register online through Gotsoccer.   We will be using Got Soccer for our tournament registration this year ,click here to register online.

 Payment for registered teams are due within seven days of registration or by October 5th

Only USSF registered officials will officiate our games.

Three game guarantee, weather permitting.

Expenses for which the visiting teams are responsible are registration fees,  meals, lodging, transportation and other expenses which your team may encure.

We will have tournament programs available  with valuable coupons, advertising from supporting businesses and from families, friends and well-wishers. For all whom are interested in advertising from our tournament website corporate sponsorship information will be available soon or you may contact us with your interest. If you are interested in our program book, please see the advertising form.

Advertising at our tournament venues is not permitted without prior permission of the tournament committee.

 

REGISTRATION EVENING AT PROSPECTOR'S Saloon & Grille

Tournament registration will be held Wednesday, October 5th at Prospector's Grille & Saloon. This registration is for teams whom have already been accepted to our tournament. The registration evening is to check you team in, with player passes, releases and roster. Registration will be held from 6pm - 9pm. All teams within an hour of Mt. Laurel are required to register on October 5th. If you are located more than 1 hour away or you are unable to register in person, you must contact the tournament director to make alternative arrangements. All teams must present the following items at the time of registration.

1 Copy of original league roster , approved by your state association for our records.

2. Your check for registration if payment has not been received by us previously

3. Valid Passcards for each player that will be playing for your team, including guest players and coaches.

4. Current medical release or waiver form for each player on your roster and each guest player. All teams registered through NJYS must present notarized medical releases.. US Club rostered teams need to show the medical waiver form required for carding by USClub soccer.

5. Copy of your permission to travel from your state association, if your team is traveling to our tournament from out of state and is registered through USYouth Soccer. This form is not required for teams attending our tournament as a USClub soccer rostered team. The team's national organization's travel procedures must be followed

Accomodations and Transportation are not provided by our tournament. Please see the list of car rental agencies and hotels on our website.
