Training Suits and Backpacks Training suits and backpacks are optional items that may be purchased along with the required travel uniform kit.  Not all teams choose to wear training suits and backpacks.  If an MLU team chooses to purchase training suits and backpacks they are required to use the suit and backpack listed below and purchase them through MLU. Adidas Calcio Training Suit - Black w/logo on back of jacket, name on front of jacket, and number on pants.  Price includes embroidery.  Training suit pieces are sized separately.  Both pieces must be purchased. Adidas Copa Edge Backpack - Black w/logo and name.  Price includes embroidery.

Ordering dates and deadlines

Please place one order per team during each of the ordering periods.
Additional orders placed within an ordering period are subject to shipping charges.
Late orders are subject to shipping charges.

* There are 2 ordering deadlines for the Fall Season to accommodate the larger volume of orders

MLU Uniform policy

All MLU travel teams are required to wear the official travel team uniform as prescribed by the MLU board of directors.  Uniforms must be purchased thru the club appointed supplier only - and only coaches or team manager are permitted to place orders.  No substitutions of any piece will be allowed.  Teams not in compliance will be fined.

• Orders must go through coaches or team managers
• Team account will be billed for orders
• Team account must have sufficient funds to cover cost of uniform at the time the order is placed
• Players pay their team accounts
• Team orders placed within the dates listed above
• Team Point of Contact will be notified when their team's order is ready to be picked up.  Complete orders ONLY shall be picked up.  Do not send multiple parents/coaches to pick up partial orders.

Sizing your player

The best way to insure your players order the correct size is to have them try on samples, assisted by parents.  MLU will supply samples to coaches.  Coaches should request samples a least two days prior to needing them.  All players should contact their team coach to view samples to assure proper sizing.

Please keep in mind that there is overlap between the Youth and Adult sizes.  For example, the next smallest size from a Women's Small Jersey may be a Youth Medium.  The Adidas sizing chart below is included for your convenience and a general guide.

Ordering/Payment

To order your official team uniform:

1. Select the appropriate link below
2. Download the form
3. Fill out the form
4. E-mail them to the Director of Equipment

If you have questions concerning your order contact the Director of Equipment.  Teams must order uniforms as a kit.  Replacement pieces can be ordered only after initial kit is purchased.  If individual players need replacement pieces, please order through your coach.

When ordering socks, please note that u11 and younger must order youth medium or youth large, u12 and older must order intermediate or adult.

Order Form Download Instructions (Internet Explorer)

1. Click on the appropriate form
2. The "file Download" dialog box will appear
3. "Do you want to open or save this file?"  Choose "Save"
4. The "Save As" dialog will appear
5. You will need to save the file to a location on your computer where you can find in it again
   In the "Save in:", select a location that you'll be able to find later.  I would choose, My Documents, by clicking the arrow at the right of the "Save in:" box.  If it does not say, My Documents already, select it from the drop down list that appears.  Then check the "File name:" box at the bottom to see that the name of the file you want is in the box.
6. Click "Save"

Using Windows and Microsoft Excel to Edit the Form and E-mail

1. Click "Start"
2. Click on "My Documents" (or navigate to the location that you chose above)
3. Select the file you downloaded above
4. Fill in the order form using Microsoft Excel and save it
5. Address an e-mail to Director of Equipment
6. Attach the file.
   The exact steps are dependant on the e-mail that you use.  Look in My Documents again and you will find the order form file.  Click on the file that you want to send, attach and send.
