HOW
TO REGISTER YOUR MLU TEAM FOR US CLUB SOCCER AND OBTAIN PASSCARDS.
- GO TO THE US CLUB SOCCER WEBSITE AT USCLUBSOCCER.ORG
- CLICK ON THE GREEN “REGISTRATION” TAB ACROSS THE TOP
- CLICK ON STAFF BACKGROUND CHECK (A background check is
only required every other year, you may skip this step if you have completed a
background check within two years)
- CLICK ON THE LINK TO THE BACKGROUND CHECK APPLICATION
WEBPAGE.
- COMPLETE THE INFORMATION AS REQUIRED. USClub will notify
us as to whether they approved or disapproved the check.
- WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE FORM, call or email, the
club
registrar. We will require your credit card number, expiration date, and
security code # from the back of your card. We can charge the passcards to
each coach’s card or to one. When it comes to the team pass cards we would
like one card number. This information is not kept on file by MLU.
- If this is the first time you are registering for USClub
Soccer, please let us know of your intent. For example, tournament play,
Summer Select, league play or state cup. Please provide the names, home
address, phone number and email address of the head coach, assistant coach and
team manager to mluadmin@comcast.net. We will also need the name of the team
you are registering and the age group. (The registrar will enter your team
information) You will receive an email with your user name and password.
- At this time your coaching pass card will be requested
and paid for and your background check will be run.
- You will need to collect each player’s registration
information and medical release authorization. The form is available by
clicking here or you may download it from the US Club site, under Club
resources, forms, #R002. You will also require a small photo of each player to
place on their pass card and a copy of their birth certificate which will need
to be scanned and upload when you register them online. Specific instructions
for registering players are available on the US Club site. After you have
registered all your players and uploaded each birth certificate, contact the
registrar to process the pass cards. You will need to provide your credit card
information again.

Certificates of Insurance
Your NJYS seasonal coach or player pass
affords you some insurance for sanctioned events and league play. For details
please visit this link.

Over and above the afore mentioned, we as
club are required to secure additional certificates of insurance for team
events, scrimmages and practices outside of league play and tournaments. Each
year we acquire a Certificate of Insurance for each venue our teams will use.
If your team decides to practice or
scrimmage somewhere other than the venues listed below you must
request a certificate of insurance for that venue. Please
email
mluadmin@comcast.net for information.
The certificate of insurance is sent
directly to the facility and not to MLU.
*The
certificate of insurance does not give you or your team permission to use any of
these facilities. Permission for use of Mt. Laurel facilities may be acquired
through our director of fields. Permission for use of other facilities may be
arranged by contacting the facility.
