Certificate of Insurance

Your NJYS seasonal coach or player pass affords you some insurance for sanctioned events and league play. For details please visit this link. http://www.njyouthsoccer.com/insurance/liability.htm

Over and above the afore mentioned, we as club are required to secure additional certificates of insurance for team events, scrimmages and practices outside of league play and tournaments. Each year we acquire a Certificate of Insurance for each venue our teams will use.

If your team decides to practice or scrimmage somewhere other than the venues listed below you must verify or request a certificate of insurance is held by the club for that venue. Please email mluadmin@comcast.net for information.

The certificate of insurance is sent directly to the facility and not to MLU.

*The certificate of insurance does not give you or your team permission to use any of these facilities. Permission for use of Mt. Laurel facilities may be acquired through our director of fields. Permission for use of other facilities may be arranged by contacting the facility.

Mount Laurel Parks and Recreation: This certificate covers all Mt. Laurel public schools, Laurel Acres Park and Trotters Complex.
