CONCESSION SCHEDULE FALL 2011: Girls

9/10/11       No team scheduled, please read below….

9/17/ 11      Sandsharks (11:30-3:15)

9/24/11       Hurricanes (12-4:30)

10/1/11       Storm (11-1:30)

10/8/11      COLUMBUS DAY TOURNAMENT

10/15/11   Dynamite (11:30-3:00)

10/22/11   Sandsharks (11:30-3:00)

10/29/11   Hurricanes (11:30-4:30)

11/5/11      Storm (12-1:30)

11/12/11    Independence (11-3:00)

11/19/11    Concessions Director (11:30-3:00)

Please note Concession will not be opened for the 9/11 weekend. Unfortunately, due to the temporary change of 8v8 teams to Elbo, the scheduled is very limited to cover concession. When Maps and Jag put out there schedule I will be able to adjust the schedule that way the teams do not have to cover concession 2 xs in the same season.

Each team will now be responsible for making their deposit with the treasure. Please count the till at opening, closing and sign off on the form which will be provided. The box will now be set to $100 since there are not as many teams and anything that is sold over that is profit minus pretzel $. The surplus will be the deposit and forms will be available to the team. Please do not leave any cash in the Concession Stand at anytime. Pretzels must be picked up by the team. I will place the order and the team will remove the $ needed for any purchases and place receipt in box.

Any team that fails to show will be immediately debited $500 (no excuses). Please do not contact board members and ask for them to bend the rules.  Please contact Kym via email if you have any questions: concessions@mlusoccer.org

GUIDELINES

 

 *** Schedule subject to change due to unforeseen weather conditions and game changes.

 

*** Any team that fails to show as per scheduled will result in the teams account being debited $500 to make up for lost sales.

No Exceptions...................

 

*** Please arrive 15 minutes early that I may brief your team with equipment etc.

 

*** Logistically, it is not possible to schedule your child’s game directly in front of the Concession stand; there are far too many teams. Also at any given time a game field may change.

 

*** Please verify your contact information. I will email the Coach and Concession Rep or Team Manager listed on MLU website, 48hrs in advance and 24hrs by phone. Remember this is a courtesy since the schedule is posted.

 

*** Usually depending on the teams on the field can aid in planning how many you will need to assign to Concession. 2-3 worked very well and the kids helping. Remember it is a tight space.
