Fall 2008 Recreation Soccer registration is open!
Fall
recreation soccer online registration is open. We have opened
registration earlier this year, so that everyone has a chance to register
prior to summer vacations. Please click here to
register online.
The Youth development program is for the under 4, 5 and under 6 age groups.
The recreation program is for U7 thru u18.
If your
player celebrates their 3rd birthday, between Aug 1, 2007 and July 31st, 2008,
they are eligible for the under 4 age group.
If your
player celebrates their 4th birthday, between Aug 1, 2007 and July 31st, 2008,
they are eligible for the under 5 age group.
If your
player celebrates their 5th birthday, between Aug 1, 2007 and July 31st, 2008,
they are eligible for the under 6 age group.
Summer Camps 2008
Summer
camps, summer fun! Five weeks of summer fun right in Mt. Laurel! Camps begin
June 23rd and run through the end of July. Check out the

offerings . This year we have a new
way to register for camps, charge it or send a check.
NJ
National Championships
We would
like to wish all of our teams that are representing MLU in state cup
competition the best! We are very proud of our three teams that will be
competing in semi-final state competiton.
The MLU Fire
u17 girls victory, 5 to 3 over the Arsenal Strikers in the quarter finals May
4th places them at the semi-finals May 17th. The match will be held at The
College of NJ against Montclair Utd. Aristocrats 1pm, on field 1.
The MLU
Comets u16 girls win , 4-0 over the Roxbury Spirit on May 4th, affords them a
spot at the semi-final competition on May 17th at The College of NJ . Matched
up with East Brunswick Rage at 11:30 is will surely be as game to attend.

State Cup
The MLU
Tornadoes u15 girls held their own, over the Harrison Bandits . 1-0. on May
4th in the NJ state cup quarterfinals. The Tornados are matched up against the
NJ Dynamo Red Thunder at 11:15 on Field 3 at The Friendship fields in
Bordentown on May 17th in the semi-final competition.

Olympic Development Program
Congratulations to the Mount Laurel United
Crush (U13G). Seven players from the MLU Crush made the New Jersey Final
State Olympic Development Program (ODP) team for the 1994 and 1995 age group.
Abbey Romano, Brittain Dearden, Erin Smith, Jessica Brownell, Julie
Spracklin, Shannon Neary and Victoria Prager
We wish them all the best as they travel to the University of Rhode Island
in mid-July to compete for the Region I team.
Jefferson Cup Tournament Results
The MLU Power won the U-14 Manchester Cup
bracket at Jefferson Cup on March 29-30 in Richmond Virginia. They beat teams
from Virginia, Georgia and Pennsylvania to win their flight and then beat two
New Jersey teams PDA and Wall Wombats in the semis and finals to take the
Cup. Having three out of four teams from New Jersey confirmed the strength of
the state’s soccer program. Winning the bracket also qualified the Power for
the Manchester United Premier Cup to be held in Oregon in May.
2008 Jefferson Cup Boys
Weekend U10-U15 - Top 5 Nationally Ranked Premier Soccer Tournament Hosted
by the Richmond Strikers Soccer Club. MLU boys U13
Flame team won
their bracket at the Jefferson Cup on March 16th. The team had 4 wins and
no losses. 2 shutouts and a PK winning final. The Final game left
the Flame victorious 4 to 3 over the Richmond Kickers u13 Elite.

for MLU Comets u16 girls
The MLU Comets went 3-0-1.to win our bracket.
Only team to not give up a goal in the tourney and had highest
point total of all
teams in U16 age group. Way to go Comets!

community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with
disabilities, organized by Mt. Laurel United Soccer Association volunteers. The
